Member portal terms of use
This is a translation of the Swedish Användarvillkor för medlemsportalen. In case of differences, the Swedish version prevails.
1. Scope
1.1 These terms apply when you use the member portal in nodus and the networks your company gets through nodus. nodus is provided by clearminds AB, org. no. 559476-7971, Luntmakargatan 26, Stockholm (“clearminds”), to your office hotel (the operator).
1.2 You get access through your company’s agreement with the office hotel. By using the portal you accept these terms. The agreement between clearminds and the office hotel is governed by the customer terms (https://nodus.se/en/terms). What the office hotel provides to you and your company is governed by your company’s agreement with the office hotel.
2. Your account
2.1 Your office hotel and your company’s administrators decide what you have access to and can remove your access.
2.2 Keep your sign-in details secret. Do not share your account and do not use anyone else’s. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, contact your office hotel or [email protected].
3. Acceptable use
3.1 You must not:
- use the portal or the network for anything unlawful,
- try to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data,
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service or the network, or
- decompile, reverse-engineer or otherwise try to extract the service’s source code.
3.2 In these terms and in clearminds’ privacy policy, abuse means use that breaches section 3.1 or 4.
3.3 The portal and nodus belong to clearminds. Your access gives you no rights to the software beyond using the portal.
4. Network and Wi-Fi
4.1 The network may only be used for your company’s business and in a way that does not disturb other tenants or the operation of the network.
4.2 You must not:
- distribute or download unlawful material,
- connect your own routers, access points or DHCP servers,
- circumvent speed plans, network isolation or other restrictions,
- intercept or interfere with other people’s traffic, or
- use the network for bulk messaging or attacks.
4.3 You are responsible for the devices you connect and for keeping them updated and free of malware.
4.4 Traffic data and connection logs are processed by clearminds under the privacy policy (https://nodus.se/en/privacy).
5. Suspension
If you breach these terms, your office hotel or clearminds may suspend your account or disconnect a device from the network, temporarily or permanently. In cases of serious abuse this may happen without notice.
6. Personal data
How your personal data is processed is described in the privacy policy, https://nodus.se/en/privacy.
7. Third-party services
If you sign in with an external provider or connect the assistant to your company’s Slack workspace, that provider’s terms apply to that service.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Questions about the premises, door access or your company’s services go to your office hotel. Questions about the portal go to [email protected].
9. Liability
The portal is provided to you through your company’s agreement with the office hotel. clearminds is not liable to you for indirect loss or for faults in services provided by the office hotel or third parties. Claims are handled through your company and the office hotel.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. Changes are announced in the portal and on this page at least 30 days before they take effect. If you continue to use the portal after that, the new terms apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
